Welcome to
Farm Camp
Polygreen Acres and TAC are partnering up to bring a camp for your young ones to learn about where food comes from, how to grow fruits and veggies, and how healthy soils play a vital role in sustainable practices. We are offering a unique experience that is experiential and has many natural elements where kids can explore, using modern day tools and tech to learn about nature.

Learn, create and get inspired in a classroom setting where you will learn about the natural world from a classroom perspective. This will be our indoor offering so kids have somewhere to go during a rain day

Adventure, Ecosystem and Creation
Explore the farm and see what you can find along the way! Take a trek into the woods, grassland and meadows, and see nature on the farm

Lab and Science
In our small lab, explore microscopes and the tiny organisms that live beneath our feet 🔬🥼🧪

Learning Garden
Learn in our garden about how to grow fruits, veggies and flowers. This program dives into a learning component and actual physical planting, harvesting and other tasks in the garden that your little ones will enjoy and take with them forever.

Soil Food Web Composting Program
Learn about how to make compost, small scale worm farms and vermicompost and about soldier flies as feed for chickens this is a cool way to see how we grow

Yoga and Mindfulness
Campers can spend the last segment of the day in a calm state of mind meditating or participating in yoga and stretching

Weekly Programming
Hours - Typical Days
We have weekly camp programs with over 100 different activities to explore and your little ones can learn more about the natural world in 8 weeks that could inspire the future generations to grow their own food and become more self sustainable!
9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Welcome and Recap of Previous Week
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Composting Basics in the Learning Yurt
10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Morning Snack Break
10:45 AM - 12:00 PM: Hands-on Composting and Soil Food Web Activities
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Lab and Science Experiments
2:30 PM - 2:45 PM: Afternoon Snack Break
2:45 PM - 4:00 PM: Yoga and Wellness in the Yurt
Before and After Care Available
If you need to have your kids somewhere earlier or you need to pick them up later, we offer a before and after care so your children can be on the farm starting the day in nature and ending the day in peaceful serenity.
Farm Fresh Meals
When its harvesting time, we will be making different meals from the veggies and fruits we find. Everyday, kids will enjoy a catered meal and on some days will have fruits and veggie tastings and some farm fresh meals
Refreshment Stations
There will be a few stations that kids will have access to water, a place to sit outside of the sun and somewhere to relax for breaks
Activities in between Learning
Kids will have breaks where they can be kids and run around and play with their mates and build new friendships, play and enjoy the farm!
